How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to iOS Settings โ†’ [Your Name] โ†’ Subscriptions โ†’ Bob โ†’ Cancel Subscription. You can also manage it from within the app under Settings โ†’ Subscription.

How do I restore a previous purchase?

Open the app โ†’ Settings โ†’ Go Premium โ†’ tap "Already paid? Restore here." This will check your App Store receipt and restore access.

The alarm didn't ring. What happened?

Make sure Bob has permission to send notifications and access background audio. Go to iOS Settings โ†’ Bob โ†’ enable Notifications and Background App Refresh.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings โ†’ Account โ†’ Delete Account. This permanently removes your data from our servers. This action cannot be undone.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
